No-KYC VPS in France (Paris)
NoKycVPS runs KVM Linux servers in Paris, France (PAR), our cheapest region, with the lowest latency to Western Europe and one of the densest peering fabrics on the continent. Same AMD EPYC hardware as every region: from $5/mo, /64 IPv6, ~47-second median deploy. Paid in crypto only, no ID — email and password are the entire credential, under GDPR.
Paris is the natural choice when you serve users in Western Europe and want every millisecond back. The PAR region sits on top of one of the largest interconnection hubs on the continent, so packets to London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Madrid and Milan take the short path. It is also our cheapest region — Paris prices sit at the floor of every tier, with Zurich the most expensive.
France is an EU member state, so the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) governs how personal data is handled, and the country offers robust infrastructure and peering. None of that changes our posture: we collect no identity. You give an email and a password, top up in Monero or Bitcoin, and deploy. The legal entity is in Saint Kitts and Nevis, and we act only on a binding judicial order from a court with jurisdiction over that entity.
Why Paris: peering and latency
Paris is one of Europe's primary network crossroads. The PAR region peers into that fabric directly, which means traffic to the rest of Western Europe rarely leaves the short path. If your users are in France, the Benelux, the UK, Iberia, Italy or western Germany, Paris will almost always give you the lowest round-trip time of our four regions.
Concretely, expect single-digit-to-low-double-digit milliseconds to most major Western-European metros, and tens of milliseconds across the continent. That matters for anything latency-sensitive: game servers, real-time APIs, WebSocket backends, low-latency trading bots, and interactive SSH/remote-desktop sessions.
Measure it yourself before and after deploy:
# round-trip from a Paris VPS to a peer
ping -c 5 lon.speedtest.example
mtr --report --report-cycles 20 1.1.1.1
# raw throughput on the 10 Gbps uplink
iperf3 -c speedtest.par.example -P 8The uplink is up to 10 Gbps unmetered, so bandwidth is rarely the bottleneck — the win in Paris is the distance to your audience. Spin one up on the VPS plans page or jump straight to order a VPS.
PAR region specs and pricing
Every region runs the same hardware: AMD EPYC CPUs, DDR5 memory, NVMe Gen5 storage, and a /64 IPv6 block on each server. Paris is simply the cheapest place to run it.
- S1 — 2 vCPU, 4 GB DDR5, 80 GB NVMe Gen5. From $5/mo in Paris. The entry box for a Tor relay, a small node, a personal service.
- S2 Pro (most popular) — 4 vCPU, 16 GB, 320 GB. From $15/mo. The workhorse for app backends, self-hosted stacks, and busy nodes.
- S3 Power — 8 vCPU, 32 GB, 640 GB. From $30/mo. For databases, build runners, and heavier workloads.
Need bare metal in the same EU footprint? The dedicated servers start at a Ryzen 9 7950X (16c/32t, 64 GB ECC, 2×2 TB NVMe) from $89/mo, with 10 Gbps unmetered and IPMI over a private VPN.
Billing is balance-based: top up once, then deploys debit your balance. Top-up bonuses run from +30% at $100 to +70% at $1000. Longer cycles cut the price hard — 25% off at 3 months, 35% at 6, 50% at 12 — with no auto-renew. OS images include Debian 12/13, Ubuntu 22.04/24.04, Rocky 9, Alma 9, Fedora 41, Alpine 3.19, Arch, and FreeBSD 14.
GDPR and the French legal framework
France is an EU member, so the GDPR governs how personal data is processed. In practice this cuts in your favour: the strongest data-protection regime in the world applies to data sitting on a Paris server, and there is no general data-retention mandate forcing us to log who you are. There is nothing to retain, because we never collect identity in the first place.
That is the key distinction. GDPR protects data subjects from how their data is handled. Our no-KYC model means the only personal data tied to your account is the email you chose and the crypto you paid with — and the email can be disposable. No ID, no phone, no documents, no email verification, no captcha. Disposable email is welcome.
The operating entity is incorporated in Saint Kitts and Nevis. We act only on a binding judicial order from a court with jurisdiction over that entity, served properly — and we notify you first wherever we lawfully can. Root passwords are held AES-256 encrypted at rest under an operator key. A fresh warrant canary is published monthly. Compare the regimes side by side on the offshore hosting hub.
Who Paris is for (and who should pick another region)
Pick Paris (PAR) when latency to Western Europe and price are your priorities, and an EU legal framework is fine for your use case:
- App and API backends serving European users, where round-trip time is a UX metric.
- Game servers for EU player bases — low ping is the product.
- Self-hosted stacks (Nextcloud, mail, Matrix, Git) where you want the cheapest competent box close to home.
- Crypto nodes and validators that benefit from dense, low-latency EU connectivity.
- Tor relays and exits, I2P, VPN exits, file hosting, and journalism — all welcome, here as everywhere.
Choose a different region when jurisdiction outranks latency. Iceland (REK) brings the IMMI press-freedom framework, no mandatory data retention, and renewable power. Switzerland (ZRH) offers strong constitutional privacy under the FADP and sits outside the 14 Eyes. Romania (OTP) pairs strong EU connectivity with low cost and a history of resisting overbroad takedown pressure. The hardware is identical in all four — only price, latency and law change.
One line is absolute everywhere, including Paris: no CSAM. And no network abuse — no outbound spam, no mass scanning of third parties, no amplification attacks. Beyond that, controversial-but-legal speech, adult content for consenting adults, and leak archives are all in scope.
Deploy a Paris VPS in under a minute
The flow is built to be fast and anonymous end to end:
- Register with an email and a password. That is the entire credential — no verification step, no captcha.
- Top up in any of 10 coins. Monero credits your balance in about 30 seconds; Bitcoin takes a few minutes. Cash by registered mail is also accepted.
- Deploy — choose PAR, pick S1/S2/S3 and an OS image, and the server is live in a median ~47 seconds.
Then harden it immediately, from your local machine:
# key-only SSH, no password login
ssh-copy-id root@YOUR_PAR_IP
ssh root@YOUR_PAR_IP
# on the server: disable password auth, enable firewall
sed -i 's/^#\?PasswordAuthentication.*/PasswordAuthentication no/' /etc/ssh/sshd_config
systemctl restart ssh
ufw allow 22/tcp && ufw enableAI agents can buy a Paris server without a human via real x402 payments (USDC on Base) — see the agents reference. Ready now? Order a Paris VPS or read the anonymous VPS setup guide.
Preguntas que vale la pena responder
Is the Paris VPS really no-KYC if France is in the EU and GDPR applies?
Yes. GDPR governs how personal data is processed, not what we must collect — and we collect no identity. Your account needs only an email (disposable is fine) and a password. No ID, no phone, no documents, no verification, no captcha.
Why is Paris the cheapest region?
Paris sits on dense, low-cost European interconnection, so it lands at the floor of every tier: VPS from $5/mo (S1), $15/mo (S2), $30/mo (S3). The hardware is identical to every other region; Zurich is the most expensive.
How low is the latency from a Paris VPS?
Paris hosts one of Europe's biggest peering hubs, so expect single-digit to low-double-digit milliseconds to most Western-European metros and tens of milliseconds across the continent. It is the lowest-latency choice of our four regions for a Western-European audience.
Which payment methods work for a France VPS?
Crypto only: Bitcoin, Monero, Litecoin, Ethereum, USDT-TRC20, USDC-ETH, Solana, Tron, Dogecoin and Bitcoin Cash — 10 coins. Cash by registered mail is also accepted. Monero credits your balance in about 30 seconds; Bitcoin takes a few minutes.
Under what circumstances would you act on my Paris server?
Only on a binding judicial order from a court with jurisdiction over our operating entity in Saint Kitts and Nevis, served properly — and we notify you first wherever lawfully possible. We do no proactive content monitoring. The single zero-tolerance line is CSAM. A warrant canary is published monthly at /canary.
