01What does "no KYC" mean exactly?
We don't ask for ID, phone, or government documents. A username and a confirmed payment is all we need to provision an instance. Disposable email is welcome — we use it only for service notices.
02Which payment methods do you accept?
Monero (XMR), Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH) on-chain. Cash by registered mail, credited within 24 hours of pickup. No credit cards, PayPal, or anything that requires your identity.
03What about logs and abuse reports?
We act on verified abuse against our network. We don't proactively monitor traffic, we don't keep flow logs, and we don't share customer data unless legally compelled by a court order from the host jurisdiction. A warrant canary is published monthly.
04Do you offer refunds?
No — and there's nothing to refund. Billing is hourly, prorated to the second. You only pay for the time the instance was running. Cancel by terminating from the panel or API.
05How fast is provisioning, really?

06Can I install a custom OS or ISO?
Yes. Upload an ISO via the panel or point us at a public URL and we'll mount it. We provide rescue mode, a web-based KVM-VNC console, and serial-over-SSH for diagnostics — even with your own custom kernel.
